Reebok recently created the MOST inspiring video with advice for this year’s graduating class. It gave us chills, seriously. Whether or not you do or have done CrossFit or are graduating or not, it’s got some life lessons we can all take to heart. Honor your body. Do burpees. Fail often. SUCH great advice for the gym, and life. What advice would you give to the graduating class of this year? We’d add to never, ever let a stupid number on the scale determine your self-worth. —Jenn
